Attendance Policy

Welcome to our badminton club! We value the commitment and dedication of our members, and we believe that attendance is crucial for the success of our club. Therefore, we have established an attendance policy to ensure that all members are accountable for their attendance. Our policy requires that all members attend at least 80% of scheduled practices and events. If a member is unable to attend a practice or event they must notify the coach or team captain least 24 hours in advance. to meet the attendance requirement or notify the coach or team captain may result in suspension or termination of membership. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may, and we will work with members on a case-by-case basis to accommodate their needs. However, consistent attendance is essential for the growth and success of our club. Thank you for your cooperation and dedication to our badminton community.
